Judge orders 'nuisance property' in South Asheville to be vacated due to drug activity, prostitution
A judge ordered a South Asheville, North Carolina, home at 710 Brookshire Street to be vacated due to persistent drug activity and prostitution. The order, announced on Aug. 20, was obtained by the North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement's Nuisance Abatement Team with the Asheville Police Department.
