Mystery as dead bloke found naked in hotel bed was last seen with 'sex worker'

A 59-year-old man was found dead, naked except for socks, in a hotel bed in the Juan Montalvo sector near Quito, Ecuador. He had been seen entering the hotel with a sex worker. Authorities suspect he suffered a heart attack. The sex worker is believed to have alerted hotel staff, who called 911.
