Jacques Moretti, owner of the Swiss bar where a New Year's fire killed 40, was convicted in 2008 for recruiting French women to work at an erotic massage parlor in Geneva called 'Hot Rabbit Rendezvous'. He was sentenced to 12 months in prison and served four months after a suspension.
