Sex workers in St. John's reported multiple sexual and physical assaults by a client, prompting the Safe Harbour Outreach Project (SHOP) to issue a red alert on February 26, 2016. The man, driving a red GMC pickup, allegedly locked women in his vehicle, assaulted them, and did not pay for services.
